Ingredients for Poached salmon steak
A cup of onions that is chopped
A cup of carrots also chopped
A cup that is 1/2 of dry wine(white), or a vinegar that is 1/4 tasted Peppercons
3 - Salmon steak that is 1 pound
Mayonnaise(green) or the Hollandaise sauce
Instructions in preparing these
1. Heat butter in skillet preffered large, adding the vegetables and cooking it around 5 minutes. Add the seasonings, the water, and the wine for around 5 minutes and simmering it.
2. In cheesecloth the salmon will wrap by you and putting it in boiled liquid. Lowering its heat temperature, just cover it and simmer smoothly around 5 minutes per pound or 15 minutes.
